Eddie Moyzan, 36, 5'10", 270 lb NPC super-heavyweight bodybuilder with 23 1/2 " biceps. He has, in my opinion, the best biceps in bodybuilding. He was, unfortunately, arrested in January 2008 for selling steroids to an undercover cop at Gold's Gym in Bethlehem, PA.
